There's a process for merging the old Disqus URLs with the current ones. I'm partway through that, and once I upload the file it'll take some time to propagate. Disqus commenting should be working fine anyway, and most of the old comments seem to be present on the new pages, but I want to do the URL merging to make sure. If you encounter anything odd while using Disqus commenting, let me know about that, too.
And once again, thanks for your patience. I'm working on behind-the-scenes stuff while also moving the content, so the progress is variable, but overall the migration is going well and the pace is accelerating.
